Requested services:
- Consulting services to support EMAGUA in the institutional
strengthening of the Cooperatives COSPIAL, COSCHAL, and SAGUAPAC in the following aspects: 1) Organizational, 2) Technical, 3) Commercial - The Accompanying Measures (AM) mainly cover Institutional Strengthening (IF) interventions and support to investment measures for drinking water and sanitary sewerage systems that are carried out within the framework of the Investment Program Drinking Water and Sewerage in Peri-urban Areas (Periurbano I). IF is aimed for the following Cooperatives: COSPAIL, COSCHAL and SAGUAPAC.
The objective of the AM is to contribute to and ensure the integral sustainability of the operators of the service and the infrastructure to be implemented within the framework of the Program. In this way, it is intended to contribute in a sustainable way to the improvement of the health, environmental and living conditions of the population in the service provision areas of COSPAIL, COSCHAL and SAGUAPAC.
