Brief description of the Contract:
design, delivery, construction of a biomass heating plant and connection to the new and existing district heating networks operated by the city of Novi Pazar, comprising the following main components:
- Biomass storage facility
- Boiler house for biomass boiler and 2 backup boilers
- Biomass storage area for intermediate storage
- Facilities for providing the fuel of the backup natural gas boilers
- Traffic areas around buildings for unloading and manipulation of delivered biomass and picking up of ash containers
- Access roads for delivery of biomass
