Consulting, Implementing Energy Efficiency Credit Lines

Project measures: 

The objective of this accompanying measure consultancy is to support the two Project Executing Agencies individually and separately to successfully implement the respective EE credit lines to enable MSMEs and municipalities to finance EE investments in accordance with the Sustainability Guideline of KfW Development Bank.

 

Requested Accompanying Measure Consultant Services: 

The Consultant is expected to conduct the following main tasks:

• review of Employers´ existing loan portfolio with regard to its potential for energy savings and clustering of existing EE portfolio
• Review of current Employers´ loan identification, appraisal and monitoring processes and procedures for EE loan products
• Training of Employers´ staff to raise EE awareness and to understand the specifics of the new loan product
• Review of Employers´ current marketing concept and strategy for EE loan products
• Assist Employers to design, establish and implement specific energy and CO2 savings monitoring and reporting systems
• Conduct simplified energy audits and impact analysis
• Analyze Employers´ existing ESMS
• Environmental and Social Due Diligence
• Assist Employers in the Disbursement process and proof of usage of funds
