Consulting Services for Project Management Support and Supervision (Renewable Energy/Energy Efficiency)

Project: 

• The project involves the construction of a dual-circuit 400 kV transmission line from Anyama to Daoukro to Sérébou and a single-circuit 400 kV transmission line from Sérébou to Ferkessédougou 2  

 

Services Required:

• Reviewing the Project Design Document (APD), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (EIES), and Tender Documents (DAO), and initiating calls for tenders to recruit one or more Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors.
• Assisting in drafting responses to bidder clarification requests.
• Assisting in the analysis of bids and the selection of contractors
• Assisting in drafting contracts post-award.
• Monitoring the necessary steps for contract effectiveness.
• Participating in factory inspections and validating the conformity of technical materials and equipment.
• Monitoring the implementation of Resettlement Action Plans (PAR) in accordance with the Resettlement Policy Framework (CPR) prepared by another consultant.
• Assisting and participating in monitoring work, ensuring compliance with environmental, social, health, and safety (ESSS) aspects, including monitoring the implementation of environmental and social management plans (PGES).
• Assisting in the certification of invoices and other bills.
• Supporting the organization of construction meetings.
• Assisting in validating periodic reports.
• Drafting monthly project monitoring reports, including ESSS aspects.
• Providing support during the 24-month warranty phase.
• Conducting training for the Employer's staff.
