Accompanying Measure for Distribution Sector Reform

Project Measures: 

The Accompanying Measure, (AM) under its ‘Power Sector Reform Program’ is aimed at supporting the Government of India in the implementation of the policy reform measures, under the policy-based loan (PBL) and specifically for supporting, carrying out, further developing its defined policy actions.

The assignment of a supporting consultant shall cover value-adding assistance toward fine-tuning the guidelines for implementing the policy actions and support implementing the policy actions (i.e. via developing implementation guidelines for Discoms) and further development, where possible and relevant.

Requested Services: 

The support includes amongst others knowledge sharing, implementation support, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation support and suggesting respective technical solutions for operational improvements in the distribution sector.
