Consulting Services, Capacity Building to Support Operational Sustainability of Regional Water Supply System Wosusokas

Project Objective

The objective of this Capacity Building project is to provide PT. Tirta Utama Jawa Tengah.TUJT  and each of 4 PDAMs with the capabilities to train independently additional staff for the sustainable operation of the Wosusokas system after the completion of this Capacity Building project. With these capabilities, a solid framework for the sustainable operation of all sections of the companies shall be secured.

 

Brief description of the Contract:

The expected outputs of this consulting service are related to an institutional strengthening training program for Regional SPAM Wosusokas and shall comprise of the following components:

• Development of course curricula and materials

• Organisation and implementation of trainings and workshops

• Development of Standard Operation Procedures
