Brief Description of the Contract:
The main objective of the assignment is to provide the following services intermittently to the PEA.
General WSSP 1 implementation support: particularly during initial 12 months, support PEA in the operationalization & management of WSSP 1, including reporting, technical & financial management, setting up structures, gap analysis & capacity needs assessment & develop mitigation measures & training. Services include commercial & technical due diligence of WSSP 1 projects & phases proposed by PEA, assessment if proposed projects are compliant with legislation, regulations, financially viable, sustainable, in accordance with technical standards.
Procurement Support / Consultant: support PEA intermittently in procurement of external works/services.
Monitoring of the Programme (Lender`s Engineer): intermittently assist PEA and KfW during implementation period of approx. 6 years in the monitoring and review during preparation, planning, construction and operation of the Programme.
