Requested Services:
- The Norwegian Refugee Council is seeking a reputable, licensed firm for the establishment of a two-year Framework Agreement, with the possibility of extension for an additional period, subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected firm, for the provision of Third-Party Monitoring services across the Building for Peace Facility (B4PF) program portfolio. The geographic focus for these services is initially expected to be Yemen – Internationally Recognized Government and Iraq, with potential expansion to other MENA countries.
