Implementation Consulting regarding Strengthening Access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training

Project measures: 

The Consultancy team will support the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) and the selected TVET institutes in the implementation of the project. This task will include support to NTA in coordinating and supervising construction/rehabilitation works; coordinating procurement of equipment (incl. ICT equipment); managing and monitoring finances and reporting on the project to KfW.

Requested Consultant services:
 

The services of the Implementation Consultant (IC) shall lead towards achieving the objectives of the project measures and comprise of:
 

• elaborating the details of the project design with NTA;
• overall project coordination, supervision and management, including coordination of all consulting measures;
• coordination, contract management and supervision of planning and design/construction/rehabilitation works;
• coordination of procurement of equipment (incl. ICT equipment) for administration, training and e-learning purposes at the TVET institutes;
• financial management and monitoring (including the management of a disposition fund);
• reporting on the project to KfW.
