The Republic of Nicaragua has received financing from KfW directly and through the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as well as direct financing from CABEI, to finance the Lake Managua Sanitation Program on the South Shore and it is proposed to use part of the proceeds of these loans to make the eligible payments stipulated for the following projects:
Expansion and improvement of the sanitary sewerage network and wastewater treatment plant of Ciudad Sandino-Managua.
Expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of Managua.
Expansion and improvement of the drinking water system of the City of Tipitapa.
In the preliminary phase and with the prospect of achieving broad and solid competition among a large number of qualified and experienced international and national bidders, ENACAL will hold a Forum with contractor companies to present the projects and discuss some aspects of the bidding documents in such a way as to allow a greater number of bidders to participate in the bidding process.
Therefore, ENACAL invites interested contractor companies to this Forum for July 22, 2024 at 09:00 a.m. participation in the Forum can be done in person or virtually.
