Consulting Services, Open International Call for Tender for Consultancy and Technical Assistance Services for the Professional Training and Youth Employment Program, Phase IV (Pafpe IV) in Togo

Project:

The proposed project complements existing projects under the "Reform Partnership" of German-Togolese cooperation in the field of vocational training and employment promotion. The project contributes to the theme of "Sustainable Economic Development, Training, and Employment" as well as the action area "Vocational Training." 

The project will support, on the one hand, the financing of INFPP infrastructure and equipment. On the other hand, investments are planned for the development and implementation of a training concept for ETFP trainers, covering both technical and pedagogical skills.

 

The project includes three main components:

- Component 1: Support for infrastructure construction and rehabilitation

- Component 2: Acquisition of equipment and digital solutions

- Component 3: Consultancy services and support measures.

 

Requested Services:

The Consultant is expected to assist the Project Management Unit with a team of long- and short-term experts in implementing the three components of the program.
