The work will be carried out in accordance with the Contract (FIDIC Yellow Book, 1999). The Contractor will undertake the Commissioning of the Plant and manage the Operation and Maintenance of the Plant for a period of 12 months. In this period the Contractor will be responsible for the operation, optimization, compliance with performance requirements, and the Plant's functional requirements test.
