Project
The Project encompasses investments for (1) social and labor integration of returnees at the municipal level ("Component 1") and (2) policy dialogue and improvement of regional policies for social and labor inclusion ("Component 2").
SISCA will be in charge of the implementation of Component 2 and will contract the requested services.
Brief description of the Contract:
Accompaniment of an organizational development process of SISCA
Financial and procurement management of Component 2 as an Authorized Third Party for the use of the disbursement procedure through a Disbursement Fund
Overall Project monitoring (Component 1 and 2)
