Conclusion of Contract

The offers contained on this website represent a non-binding invitation for the customer to place an order with Germany Trade & Invest.

The contract with Germany Trade & Invest becomes into force when we accept the customer's offer  or we deliver the ordered goods. Further information on the conclusion of contracts is provided in our general terms and conditions, which are part of the contract.

Correction of Input Errors

Input errors can be corrected before the submition of a binding purchasing offer. Customers have the opportunity to review the order summary on a pre-order web page where input errors can be recognized and corrected by either clicking on the “change” button or by using the “back” button .

Storage of Contract Data

Contract data is generally stored in our system. This information is sent to you by email and can also be retrieved after registration in the MyGTAI section.  Payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Germany Trade & Invest provided on the invoice.

Delivery

All orders are shipped within 5 days.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoicing takes place upon delivery of the order. Payment is due within 14 days following the delivery of the goods.
