The overall objective of the assignment is to provide an overall feasible concept for the sustainable implementation of an Integrated One Health Architecture and related measures. This concept has to clearly outline how it will deliver transformative change onto the OneHealth architecture in Cambodia. As entry points for the One Health Architecture addressed here will serve the following three areas: 1) Antimicrobial Resistance Reduction; 2) Reduction of the risk of disease spill-over from both wildlife and farmed animals on humans; 3) Explore the infectious disease – climate interface and how taking climate into consideration can improve forecasting, modelling and response to EID / zoonotic disease, and future pandemics but also AMR.

Requested Consulting Services:

• Scoping mission to Cambodia to assess the current institutional, personnel, technical and IT framework, available data and identify needs and opportunities
• Institutional analysis of key stakeholders
• Identification and selection of potential Project measures
• Preparation of full Feasibility Study
• Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD)
