Consulting Services, Project Implementation Consultant (One Health)

Project: 

• The One Health 4 Cambodia (OH4CAM) project (the “Project”) aims to establish a comprehensive and sustainable One Health (OH) framework in Cambodia to address antimicrobial resistance (AMR), zoonotic diseases (ZDs), and emerging infectious diseases (EIDs). 
   

Requested Services:

• The Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) procured under this tender shall primarily lead the preparation of all required technical activities and documentation, preparing and implementing required procurements and coordinate all involved parties and (sub-)contractors. Further, the PIC will have to play a key role as change manager with focus on the system architecture and data exchange platforms. The Services solicited will include the following tasks:

i. Assist the PEA in general project management

ii. Assist the PEA in preparing the detailed project design, specifications and tender documents for works, goods and services including for detailed system architecture, IT soft- and hardware for One Health Data Platform as well as laboratory equipment 

iii. Assist the PEA in planning and implementing the best suitable tender processes in compliance with all applicable national and international guidelines and regulations 

iv. Providing technical assistance on One Health programs for early detection, prevention, and response to Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), Zoonotic Diseases (ZDs), and Emerging Infectious Diseases (EIDs), and OH data platform

v. Support in contracting out the development of a sample transport system in three Pilot Provinces (possibly in form of a PPP). 

vi. Support in contracting out KABP (Knowledge-Attitude-Beliefs-Practice) studies and awareness events
