Brief description of the Contract:
Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit their prequalification documents for Consulting Services for the implementation of the above mentioned project. The Project, has been designed in order to support the development of the Georgian energy sector. One of the aims is, establishing the strategic, institutional, and financial framework for energy efficiency in Georgia, especially in the building sector. Subject of the Consulting Services are to provide Technical Assistance to MoESD. The Technical Assistance is structured in several Technical Assistance Measures so called TAMs. For more information about the TAMs please refer to the attached document (PQ Notice).
