CANCELLATION OF TENDER!

Due to the war in the Ukraine, the tender process of the abovementioned tender was cancelled.

The Government of Ukraine is planning to take out a loan of seven million Euros from KfW Development Bank to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy (EE/RE) measures in the country. The Business Development Fund (BDF) is the Project Executing Agency (PEA). The purpose of the loan is to support financial institutions to introduce EE/RE products for small and medium-sized private enterprises and private entrepreneurs in a sustainable way to ensure a long term provision of the product. This will allow SMEs to undertake EE investments and to reduce their energy consumption and/or CO₂ emissions. Thereby they shall increase their competitiveness and contribute to the global environmental protection. BDF is going to hire a Consultant for assisting in project implementation.

Requested Services:

• the Consultant shall assist BDF in the overall management of the project and shall provide a team of national and international experienced long-term and short-term experts. The experts will be engaged into several issues such as preparing loan documents for Participating Financial Institutions, developing concepts for eligibility checks of investments, developing energy efficient solutions for SMEs, conducting energy audits and training measures, etc.
