Consulting Services for the Banking Sector (Capacity Building)

Scope of Work: 

AM II targets personnel development within the relevant departments of BoG (especially the Banking Supervision Department (BSD) and the Other Financial Institution Supervision Department (OFISD)). A tailor-made training curriculum consisting of up to six consecutive modules shall be developed and offered to a large number of employees from both departments and – in a workshop format – also to assorted members of stakeholders of the existing banking supervision environment in Ghana (umbrella organizations, associations etc.). To ensure further strengthening of the underlying database, system, process and database optimization shall also be included as well as marketing and information campaigns within the stakeholders of the banking supervision environment and also within the broader public to increase public awareness of the protection mechanism for deposits.
