Implementation Consultant for an Energy-Efficiency Project

Project:

International, open Tender for engineering design and project management services (implementation consulting services) for an energy-efficiency project in Kosovo, funded by the Western Balkan Investment Framework (WBIF) and the Federal Republic of Germany. The project consists of the energy-efficiency rehabilitation of schools, dormitories and health facilities in 4 municipalities in Kosovo (Pristina, Gjakova, Gjilani and Ferizaj).

Requested Services:

Implementation consulting services required for the achievement of the above objectives during the project period of 24 months:

a)     Energy auditing of buildings,

b)     Designing energy efficiency improvements in buildings,

c)     Preparation of international competitive bidding documents for energy efficiency works and conduct of international competitive bidding procedures for energy efficiency works,

d)     Supervision of energy efficiency rehabilitation of public buildings,

e)     Client training related to energy efficiency,

f)       Designing impact verification and monitoring instruments for energy efficiency measures.
