Construction Works, Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal (Ulcinj)

Brief description of the Contract:

Mandatory Works:

• Water Supply: Rehabilitation of spring capturing at 5 no. locations, rehabilitation of 3 no. pumping stations, and rehabilitation of 12 no. water supply wells at Lisna Bori. Rehabilitation of 1 no. reservoir and the construction of 2 no. new reservoirs, rehabilitation of 1 no. break pressure tank and the construction of 1 no. new break pressure tank. Supply and installation of bulk water meters and implementation of a SCADA system for the water supply network. Rehabilitation of existing and construction of new water supply pipelines. Rehabilitation of existing water supply pipelines and construction of new water supply pipelines along the coast line development areas south of the urban area. The rehabilitation includes some secondary and tertiary water network in the urban project area.
• Sewerage: Rehabilitation of the Djerane sea outfall sewer. Rehabilitation of sewerage pipelines primarily to separate the existing piped sewerage stormwater systems

Optional Works:

• Water Supply: Rehabilitation of 3 no. break pressure tanks. Rehabilitation of existing water supply pipelines including some secondary and tertiary water network.
• Sewerage: Rehabilitation of 4 no. existing sewerage lines.
