Brief description of the Contract:
The technical advisory services for the development of an “Hybrid PV/Wind Power Plant in Morocco” aims to manage and supervise the entire technical process from the feasibility study up to the signing of the Project agreements.
The Study cover following missions:
- Mission A: Technical assistance to perform the feasibility study of the Project.
- Mission B1: Technical assistance for the selection of one or more potential sponsors to develop the Project.
- Mission B2: Optional mission for technical assistance to prepare and manage the second phase of the RFP “RFP2”
- Mission C: Technical assistance to perform specific assignments as needed and as defined by Masen.
