Consulting Services, Feasibility Study on the Establishment of VET Excellence Hubs

Brief description of the Contract:

In total, three RE Hubs shall be financed in three different localities (Peshawar, Lahore and somewhere around Islamabad/Rawalpindi), each linked to a well-functioning TVET school, most probably already active in the field of electrical or mechanical to allow easy connection to the RE Hubs. Based on a pre-feasibility study, the feasibility study is to (1) identify the exact locations for the hubs and their subject matter to focus on based on market analysis; (2) prepare a full-fletched project design, including architectural plans, procurement plans, budget, ESHS as well as (3) a concept for sustainable and high-quality operation of the hubs; and (4) propose an institutional set-up for project implementation. The Feasibility Study is to begin after the tender procedure has been concluded, in June 2020.
