Project

The project supports the establishment of a Regional Center of Excellence for Vaccines, Immunization and Health Supply Chain Management (RCE-VIHSCM) at the University of Rwanda, School of Public Health, in Kigali. It is intended to provide a high-quality education and training program for health logistics in the EAC and a regional hub for the introduction and dissemination of innovation and best practices. The project includes a construction component, the financing of scholarships and investments in the establishment of the RCE, training measures, as well as networking and coordination activities. The project currently enters its second phase. Funding of construction was part of the first phase

Requested Consulting Services:

• Implementation consultant services for phase 2. The services shall comprise assistance in: financial management and procurement, organizational support, marketing and punctual support in specialized areas of health supply chain management.
