Consulting Services, Digital Transformation Fund in West Africa (Fonds pour la Transformation Digitale en l’Afrique de l’Ouest)

Project:

The objective of the project is to contribute to the acceleration of the digital transformation in the member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) by providing financing opportunities and strengthening BOAD as a key player in the region. The target group includes the public administrations of UEMOA member states, which will receive concessional credits from BOAD, facilitated by KFW, to implement digital transformation projects while benefiting from improvements in their work processes.

Brief description of the Contract:

• the Technical Assistance (TA) will mainly focus on two missions: (i) supporting the establishment, operation, and performance monitoring of the Fund, and (ii) building expertise in the field of digital transformation within BOAD. The international TA will consist of two (02) resident international experts and a pool of short term experts
