Brief Description of the Contract:

• The project concerns rural development for 18 sites around existing small reservoirs in the 3 Tunisian governorates of Jendouba (8 sites), Siliana (7 sites) and Kasserine (3 sites) to improve the living conditions of the population in the disadvantaged rural areas of Tunisia. The implementation of the project consists of the participatory preparation of local development plans (PDL) and the elaboration of detailed action plans for the 18 sites, including feasibility study, detailed design, tender documents, and environmental and social impact studies, as well as supervision of works and technical assistance (TA) for the project executing agencies.
