Implementation Consulting Services, Management of Water Resources and Sanitation for Medium-Sized Cities

Brief Description of the Contract:

• Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services for the implementation of the a.m. project. The project comprises The project concerns investment measures improving the water supply in Choma and Livingstone (here: Livingstone Water Intake at Zambezi river) and sanitation in selected urban and peri-urban areas of Choma (“Investment Measures”) as well as accompanying measures strengthening the capacities of the Project-Executing Agency (PEA) and supporting the PEA regarding community sensitive planning and implementation of sanitation measures i.e. the participatory involvement of the target group and other stakeholders (“Accompanying Measures”).
  The Consultant shall provide expertise in overall project management to ensure the implementation of the project with respect to time, cost and quality, design and tender, organization of awareness activities, trainings etc.
