Consulting Services/Feasibility Study, Water Loss Reduction

Brief description of the Contract:

The services requested under this assignment refer to the preparation of a feasibility study for a water loss reduction programme in Jordan. The planned investment measures, which shall be identified by the feasibility study and which shall be implemented later in the frame of the programme amount to approx. EUR 50 million.

Tasks:

Collect and analyse all relevant data available of the situation of Non-revenue Water and ongoing water loss reduction activities in Jordan; Review activities of other organisations/institutions/donors in regards of water loss reduction and assess the outcomes and results of these activities; Identify an appropriate potential projects area for implementation of a water loss reduction programme in Jordan; prioritisation of the identified project areas and selection of most suitable area; Prepare meaningful and reliable basic documents for the project area etc.
