Project:
The project concerns the fight against neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) and the promotion of the "One Health" approach in CEMAC member countries. The objective of the project is to strengthen the efforts of CEMAC member states in the implementation of NTD control and treatment projects and to encourage local scientific research on NTD issues based on the "One Health" approach in order to mitigate the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the fight against NTDs, and to reduce the burden of disease caused by NTDs among the population of the CEMAC zone.
Brief description of the Contract:
The Consultant's responsibilities will be to support OCEAC in the development of the details of the Project design; including the selection procedures and the integration of the One Health approach.
